Visit to the Military Museum of Slovenia
In the period from October 21 to 25, the Military Museum of the Slovenian Army hosted a three-member Serbian delegation from the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Serbia. The delegation consisted of Major Ljubiša Lekić from the Directorate for Tradition, Standards and Veterans, Vuk Obradović, Head of the Department for Museum Activities of the Military Museum of Serbia and Mirjana Novaković Munišević, Head of the Department for Museum Activities of the Aeronautical Museum. They were received by the Director General of the Directorate for War Veterans and Military Heritage, mag. Matjaž Ravbar, head of the Military Museum of the Slovenian Army, lieutenant colonel Jože Lebar and assistant for museum activities, lieutenant colonel Drago Babič.
After the working meeting, they visited the collection of weapons in the National Museum of Slovenia, and then continued with a visit to the permanent exhibition of the Military Museum of the Slovenian Army at the Cadet School in Maribor under the leadership of curator Lenart Pupaher. They ended their visit with a tour of the National Liberation Museum in Maribor and the Regional Museum in Maribor.
